As provided for by the Equity Issuer Disclosure Statement, Cl. 2.9, as approved by the Bank of Russia on 30th Dec. 2014, N 454-П, ‘The issuer shall submit a copy of each message, including a copy of each corporate event notification, published by the issuer hereunder, and a copy of any registered decision on issue (additional issue) of securities, any listing prospectus, and any amendments thereto, any placement report, a copy of any placement notification, a copy of any quarterly account, a copy of any consolidated financial statements, a copy of any other documents which must be disclosed under these Sections II, VII, and VIII, to the issuer’s stockholders and to whomever it may concern as requested, for a fee within the costs of fabricating such copy, within seven days after such requirement is received (made)’.

Fabrication cost:
- Copy of 1 (one) A4 page: 5 rubles 10 kopecks (20% VAT included);
- Copy of 1 (one) A3 page: 5 rubles 60 kopecks (20% VAT included).
